At MagikConsulting we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what rights you have, in accordance with the GDPR.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email, company and the content of your message.
Through call booking (Cal.com): name, email and scheduling availability.
If you contact us via WhatsApp: your phone number, profile name and the content of the messages you send us.
Automatically, if you accept analytics cookies: aggregated browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of processing
Responding to your inquiries and managing any resulting business relationship.
Managing diagnostic or consulting call bookings.
Handling conversations you start with us through WhatsApp.
Analyzing aggregated Site usage to improve its content and performance, only if you consented to analytics cookies.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when submitting the contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, booking a call, or accepting analytics cookies.
5. Data retention
Data is kept for as long as an active business relationship or interest exists, and in any case for the periods legally required.
6. Recipients and processors
Your data may be processed by technology providers acting as data processors: hosting/infrastructure provider, call-booking tool (Cal.com) and, if you consent, Google (Google Analytics 4). Data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
If you expressly authorize it (e.g. to manage a joint project), contact form data may be forwarded to our internal automation tools (n8n) to speed up handling your request.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which acts under its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@magikconsulting.es.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe processing does not comply with applicable law.
